King and Silver Salmon
We specialize in the harvest of wild Alaska King and Silver Salmon. The two species have unique qualities that provide the connoisseur an exciting choice in flavor and texture. Salmon are available as whole fish, fillets and steaks.

King Salmon
King Salmon, also known as 'Chinook', generally range in size from 9 to 30 pounds, although larger 'banquet' kings are available. The king salmon has a rich flavor and a moist, oily texture. The flesh color is rich red-orange with beautiful shades that vary subtly with diet and river of origin.

Silver Salmon
Some Fine Coho Silver Salmon, also known as 'Coho", weigh between 4 and 12 pounds. The flavor of the silver is mild in comparison to the king salmon, the texture is pleasantly firm, and the flesh is a beautiful red.

Smoked Salmon
Our gourmet wild salmon is smoked with care and with the finest ingredients. No additives or preservatives are used. We offer both smoked king and smoked silver salmon. The smoked king is very moist and hints of a mild smoky flavor. The smoked silver salmon is delightfully firm and offers a more distinct smoke flavor.

Halibut
Sherry With Halibut Halibut migrate from the icy depths to the shallow coastal waters in the summer months. These fish are common at 200 pounds plus, but our aching backs prefer the smaller specimens! The flesh of the halibut is firm and white and the mild flavor lends itself to a variety of recipes and preparation techniques. Halibut is available in portioned fillets.

Spot Prawns
Spot Prawns crowd deep water reefs in the icy cold fjords of Southeast Alaska. They are available in a variety of sizes, from sweet salad shrimp to lobster-size prawns. These melt-in-your-mouth prawns are buttery sweet.

“For the past 20 years I have always insisted on serving only fresh Alaska Salmon. I never would serve a frozen fish. However, the flavor and texture of the F/V Rose salmon was so superior that I became an instant believer. It truly tasted like it just came out of the water.”

“The salmon was awesome!!!!!!
I couldn't believe how well it thawed out. I would have thought it was fresh had I not known it was frozen. Color, texture, smell and taste were perfect. SUPERB!!
